Sarah Thiele turns focus to recording new album

Las Vegas, NV – Blues rocker Sarah Thiele is turning her attention to recording a new album. She is seeking just the right producer to help bring her musical vision to life. Helping her with that task as well as the general promotion of her career is Hollywood's hottest indie A&R firm, A&R Select.
Music is about empowerment, Thiele declares. And it requires a producer who can tune in to her unique wavelength to help her bring her ideas to fruition. Her distinct artistic focus requires just the right edge to create the perfect attitude for her musical self-expression.
“Music makes me feel empowered,” she says. “It's the 'soundtrack' to your life, if you will.” This highlights the importance for Thiele of ensuring that her recorded songs pack the proper punch. Life is important and requires a solid 'soundtrack.'
Music is inherently powerful, she says, pointing out that it can alter a person's mood at a moment's notice. As such, it must be carefully shaped and her careful quest for a producer reflects that. Not just anybody will do. Thiele is always keenly aware that she is bringing a new musical “life” into the world with the creation of a song and she is constantly focuses on originality. It requires, she says, not only extraordinary focus not only for the producer, but also for her.
“As a creator, I have had to learn about creating space for something new – space in myself.” Her demanding creative process has taught her, Thiele reveals, that an artist must be willing to discard a song when it is not right and to put a song aside until the right moment. It's part of her quality control process. It's also a vital part of keeping the creative work moving and keeping it fresh. “I record a song, throw it into storage and move on to the next. No time for temporary absorptions. I believe you should not be so attached to a piece that it prevents you from moving to the next.”
Thiele has opened for Tracy Bonham, Berlin and Nancy Sinatra and has performed duets with Phil Vassar, Scotty Emerick and Chris Young. She was a runner-up for acoustic album of the year and acoustic song of the year with the JPP (Just Plain People) National Awards.
Thiele has been involved with music since the tender age of three. Her ultimate goal is to collaborate with the artists who musically educated her throughout her musical upbringing. “I want to write and play with anything and anyone who has something to teach me. I want to get the best out of this body and soul while I have control over it. Education is power and I plan on being the biggest powerhouse this side of the sea.”
