“Go Cra-zay” driving audiences wild

Los Angeles, CA – If Jtwizz’s momentum continues, he’s aiming at icon status in the R&B and hip-hop community. “Go Cra-zay” is the new single from his forthcoming album (release date TBA) and it’s full of promise. It’s already paving the way for the success of the CD. The song incorporates elements of dance pop and techno and hits with perfectly timed grooves. Jtwizz’s vocals mingle effortlessly with the instrumental melodies. But at the core of it all is solid, contemporary R&B and hip-hop aesthetics. The added outside influences bring just the right spice to the music without betraying fans of modern R&B sensations.
Besides his work on his own music, Jtwizz has produced for a number of other artists. He also applies his lyrical mastery to other pursuits, having performed at a New York poetry jam hosted by Def Jam poet and Koch Records artist Black Ice. But mostly his focus is on his music. He’s in the home stretch on his new album.
Jtwizz says that his creative process is a moment-to-moment flow. “I write with my mind; paper gets in my way,” he says. “I haven’t written a track on paper in years. I freestyle my life, singing, rapping and producing.” At the same time, however, he holds his work to stringent standards. “I’m a perfectionist. I will record things over until it sounds right. I feel the audience has to feel what you feel.”
