LisaRenee, born and raised in Newark, New Jersey, began to sing at the age of seven, music career of singing in school choirs, talentshows, and in church choirs. Ive sang in my father's gospel group at the age of 12, and started my journey as a gospel singer, and later on in adulthood, resided in California,and hooked up with a band called Remixxdanceband, my musical director/and manager Marc Smith, was a sound engineer with the former RNB group called the "Whispers" for thirteen years. wrWhich really inspired me to sing and help me become a songwriter, and in the process of producing my own music. My music, is from the OLD-School, mixed with gospel twist. And the lyrics are down to earth..and speaks of everyday life.. Im on a mission even at the ripe old-age of 43.. I believe we still have a voice in society and as a people!!!!!
